In partnership with Parent to Parent of Colorado, Care Squared matches foster, kinship and adoptive caregivers one-on-one with a trained Specialized Support Parent. Each Specialized Support Parent is an experienced caregiver who has raised children with disabilities or medical needs in the child welfare system. They offer practical guidance, real understanding and connections to local resources. Families don’t need a diagnosis to take part, and the program is free.
Our Foster–Birth Parent Partnership is for anyone who believes in supporting the whole family. Birth parents navigating the child welfare system, families who have recently reunified, foster parents committed to walking alongside birth families, and community members or child welfare professionals passionate about reunification are all invited to connect with us.
Community partners make our work possible. Whether you're a business, church, donor or educator, you can support Colorado families by investing in CSFPA's programs. From fundraising to providing training or in-kind donations, your partnership helps us stand with caregivers and the children they love.

CSFPA members get exclusive, FREE access to our CPR classes created specifically for parents and teens navigating child welfare. Any immediate family member is welcome to enroll in this hybrid class offered through the American Heart Association.
Classes will occur throughout the year and throughout the state. Check back for even more dates!

Whether you're a foster, adoptive or kinship family, CSFPA is here to walk alongside you. Membership provies access to support, training, resources and a statewide network of families who understand the journey. Together, we create stronger homes and brighter futures for Colorado's kids.

Do you have an upcoming event or resource that would benefit foster, kinship, adoptive, or reunified families? We’d love to help spread the word! Click below to email our office and share the details so we can pass them along to our members.
